About

Tasrif Pharmaceutical is a privately owned biotech startup company founded in 2018.

The poliovirus receptor (PVR/CD155) is over-expressed on numerous malignancies. Tasrif Pharmaceutical has developed a panel of over twenty humanized monoclonal antibodies against CD155 engineered using Abzena’s Composite Human Antibody™ (CHAb) platform, a clinically validated technology platform.

The USPTO has granted two foundational patents for humanized Anti-CD155 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments. A robust portfolio of national phase entries originating from Tasrif’s PCT international patent application has been filed and is pending, spanning key global commercial territories, including Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia, and China.

Tasrif Pharmaceutical’s lead molecule, TSRF-786C IgG4 (S241P), is a humanized monoclonal antibody against CD155. TSRF-786C exhibits sub-nanomolar binding affinity for CD155 as determined by Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), low immunogenicity on Abzena’s EpiScreen® DC T-cell Assay, favorable profile on Cytokine Release Assays, and strong, specific binding to CD155 on the Retrogenix® Cell Microarray Platform Assay.

Our Platform Applications:

  • Immuno-Oncology Modalities: Transitioning our panel of over twenty humanized monoclonal antibodies into Checkpoint Blockade, T-Cell Engagers (TCE), CAR-T, and CAR-NK therapeutic structures.
  • Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs): Leveraging our patented global claims for targeted toxin payload delivery in solid tumors.
  • CNS Tumor Targeting: Designing novel brain-penetrating bispecifics (Anti-CD155 × Anti-TfR antibodies) engineered to cross the blood-brain barrier via tumor vasculature, with in vivo target engagement confirmed in a syngeneic GL261 glioblastoma mouse model utilizing a surrogate anti-mouse CD155 antibody targeting mouse CD155 on mouse GL261 tumors.

Tasrif Pharmaceutical is a preclinical stage company.

No products are in clinical use and none of the products are FDA approved.
